The plaza comprises a cluster of three commercial buildings. Following a rigorous planning and design process that took into account local requirements, this site is now home to various much-needed services, including a BMO bank, daycare, medical practices and restaurants.

Design Plan Services was retained by The Sun Valley Group to assist in acquiring the site from the previous owner and provide comprehensive planning services all the way from due diligence to final approvals for building the plaza.
