This master-planned community is integrated with Cobble Beach Golf Club, a world-class golf course designed by Doug Carrick. With a picturesque setting providing stunning views of Georgian Bay, Cobble Beach offers a variety of community amenities integrated into a village centre, including an inn and spa and various recreational and retail facilities.
Church St West
/ Ajax
This Subdivision, located directly west of Church Street North, in the northwestern most point of the Town of Ajax, includes over 200 homes, ranging from street and laneway townhouses to larger single detached dwellings, a stormwater pond.
Triple Crown Line Development
/ Caledon
Located within the settlement area of Caledon East, on the east side of Airport Road. This residential subdivision provides a total of 647 to 660 residential units in the form of single detached, townhouse and apartment dwelling units.
Cathedraltown
/ Markham
The community features approximately 1,400 low-density units, 400 high-density housing units and roughly 200,000 square feet of retail space, which are integrated into thoughtfully designed neighbourhoods surrounding a central public plaza. An additional 46 acres of highway commercial land round out the development.

Scott Mission

Located within Downtown Toronto, adjacent to University of Toronto and China Town, the Scott Mission provides men’s shelter, worship space, kitchen, dinning hall, and food/clothing bank that serves the public since 1960.
Palladium Way
/ Burlington
Located in between Palladium Way and Walkers Line, south and east of Highway 407, in the central area of Alton Community within the City of Burlington.
333 Bearing
/ Toronto
Located in south Etobicoke within the “Core Employment Area”, this project consisted of a Draft Plan of Condominium Application to create eight (8) condominium office units within an existing industrial building located at 333 Bering Avenue in Etobicoke in the City of Toronto.
1651 Ellesmere Road
/ Toronto
Located in Scarborough Toronto, at the corner of Ellesmere Road and McCowan Road. This is a commercial project to restore an existing drive through to support a new restaurant within a Gas station.
Residential
1575 Lawrence Ave W, Toronto (ongoing)
/ Toronto
Located in Etobicoke along Lawrence Avenue W, in the City of Toronto. This is a mixed use project consists of Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Approval applications, to permit a 11-storey midrise building containing both commercial and residential components.
This is one of the ongoing projects located in the City of Brampton that looks at providing housing to the City and Region.
4284 Lawrence Ave E
/ Toronto
This project, located close to a major intersection in Scarborough, consisted of two consent to sever applications, and three minor variance applications.
Located in the heart of Etobicoke, at the northwest corner of Islington Avenue and Chauncey Avenue, and in proximity to Islington Subway Station.
