This development involved the conversion of a school site that was no longer needed by the school into a medium density residential block.
Using “new to Oakville” design standards, this project introduced a more compact built form into the neighbourhood while helping the town and region utilize existing infrastructure more efficiently.

Design Plan Services was retained by the owner of this property to work through the approvals process and provide professional planning justification for the proposed type of use. We worked closely with the Town of Oakville to obtain the necessary approvals to allow this project to proceed.
