A severance to create one new residential lot. Design Plan Services Inc. was retained by the owner to provide an analysis on the feasibility splitting an oversized lot. Upon completion of the report, DPS then submitted an application to the City of Toronto, and presented it to the Committee of Adjustment on behalf of the landowner. This application was approved by the Toronto COA on August 9, 2023.
