This residential development features 200 residential dwelling units, in the form of townhouse, back-to-back townhouse, stacked townhouse and stacked back-to-back townhouse dwellings, located to the north of 401 and east of Heart Lake Road in the City of Brampton.

Design Plan Services Inc. was retained by Vandyke Properties to provide expertise in Zoning By-law Amendment approvals for this project. The Zoning By-law Amendment was approved by the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (Ontario Land Tribunal) in 2021, and Principal TJ Cieciura provided expert evidence in Land Use Planning in support of the application.
