This project consisted of a Minor Variance Application to construct a new loading space along the south side of the building, and to permit a parking deficiency that will accommodate the proposed interior alteration. The property is located at 14 Vansco Road in Etobicoke in the City of Toronto and is utilized as for office, warehouse, and manufacturing uses. For this project, we provided our planning and project management services, and prepared and presented at the Committee of Adjustment to obtain approval of the proposal. The application was approved in 2022.
