This project consists of a business operation located at 19 and 21 Jutland Road in Etobicoke in the City of Toronto. The purpose of the proposal is to seek approval of variances to legalize and maintain a one-storey (walk-in cooler) between the two existing industrial buildings, a one-storey south side addition and a new loading space. DPS provided planning expertise at the Toronto Local Appeal Body (TLAB) to seek approval for variances (landscaping, parking, loading). The TLAB hearing took place in March of 2023 and was approved in March of 2023.
