The property is located at 39 Advance Road in south Etobicoke. This project consisted of an application to construct a rear ground floor addition to an existing one-storey industrial building with a rear mezzanine. DPS provided planning services and worked with City staff in obtaining approval from the Committee of Adjustment to permit the proposed construction. We also assisted in clearing the conditions of approval.
