The Kingsgarden Road community is part of a large swath of land in Etobicoke that was originally planned by Robert Home Smith. DPS was retained to provide expert planning services in preparing and submitting a minor variance application to better update the existing house to one that matched its surroundings. The application was approved by the Toronto COA on February 9, 2023.
