Located in the City of Brampton, this property is currently occupied by the Peel Manor LTC building, which will be demolished to accommodate future development. The proposed development consists of a 9 storey seniors rental apartment building which includes 198 units and provides 107 parking spaces. The proposal is designed to meet the Region of Peel’s Net Zero requirements and will be of a ‘Mass Timber’ construction. The proposed rental building will be constructed and operated by the Region of Peel.
