Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to provide expertise in obtaining approval for a 3 storey addition backing onto a laneway to existing two-storey mixed-use building. The proposal resulted in a 6-unit mixed building with two existing units above the commercial units on St. Clair Ave, and 4 units within the rear laneway addition. Design Plan Services provided land use expert testimony in support of the proposal at the Toronto Local Appeal Body, and the application was approved on October 3, 2022.
