Located just north of the Big Cedar Point Golf & Country Club in Innisfil. Design plan Services was retained to assist with a consent application. Due to the fact that this parcel was one of the larger parcels in the area, a severance that resulted in a total of four (4) new lots was able to be achieved without adjusting any of the zoning standards. New single detached dwellings are proposed to be built upon the newly created lots, which will make use of the existing public services along Moyer Avenue.
Design Plan Services Inc. obtained approval for this application in October 2024.
