This project, located close to a major intersection in Scarborough, consisted of two consent to sever applications, and three minor variance applications. The proposal sought to split one existing lot into three lots and construct a new single detached dwelling on each one. It also included a benefit to the public by way of a road widening along Lawrence Ave E.


/ Our Involvement

Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to investigate the potential of development on the property. Once a severance application was determined to be feasible from a planning perspective, Design Plan Services Inc. provided services to seek approval for the severance and minor variance applications on the Subject Property.
