East Fonthill Residences, Pelham

This project consisted of a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Application for the development of a 6-storey assisted living building with a total of 132 housing units, as well as amenity spaces including a central dining facility, salon and spa, movie theatre, fitness room, and program rooms for the residents of the building. The site is located in the Town of Pelham, within the Regional Municipality of Niagara. For this project, we provided our planning and services to coordinate and prepare the required supporting documents for Site Plan Approval and Consent to Sever applications.
