Kingston Road, Pickering

Located on the north side of Kingston Road and near Highway 401, the residential infill development features 88 stacked townhouse units in three townhouse blocks and a private park space on Kingston Road frontage. The project also implements Official Plan policies by providing internal connectivity to other properties on the north side of Kingston Road.

Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to provide expertise in Project Management, Zoning By-law Amendment, Site Plan Approval, and Consent to Sever approvals for this project.
