Markham Rd, Markham

Located on the west side of Markham Road in the Municipality of Markham. This project features 4-storey stacked townhouse buildings containing 265 residential units and 150 square metres of commercial space with an underground parking garage, as well as indoor and outdoor amenity space. This project was approved by LPAT (OLT) in 2020.

Design Plan Services Inc. Was retained by the Municipality of Markham to provide expert evidence in land use planning in support of the proposal.
