Palladium Way, Burlington

Located in between Palladium Way and Walkers Line, south and east of Highway 407, in the central area of Alton Community within the City of Burlington. The project introduces a campus of care, including a 5-storey retirement home providing 115 new units and a 6-storey Long Term Care Facility. 

Design Plan Services Inc. was obtained by Better Life Development to provide expertise in obtaining Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Employment Land Conversion Request and Site Plan Control approvals for this project.
