Scott Mission, Toronto

Located within Downtown Toronto, adjacent to the University of Toronto and China Town, the Scott Mission provides a men’s shelter, worship space, kitchen, dining hall, and food/clothing bank that has served the public since 1960. Design Plan Services Inc. teamed up with NORR and Kasian to work on this redevelopment project to improve and expand the existing community and social services of the Scott Mission as well as provide 109 new deeply affordable housing units to support people with different needs. 

Design Plan Services Inc. was retained by the Scott Mission to provide expertise in obtaining Zoning By-law Amendment approval for this project.
