This residential subdivision provides a total of 647 to 660 residential units in the form of single detached, townhouse and apartment dwelling units. 

A community park is proposed and located in the centre of the subdivision. The final Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision were approved by the Ontario Land Tribunal. 

Design Plan Services Inc. was retained by DG Group to provide expertise in obtaining Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Draft Plan of Subdivision, OLT, Consent to Sever and Minor Variance approvals for this project.
