Located in south Etobicoke within the “Core Employment Area”, this project consisted of a Draft Plan of Condominium Application to create eight (8) condominium office units within an existing industrial building located at 333 Bering Avenue in Etobicoke in the City of Toronto.

Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to provide planning expertise at the Toronto Local Appeal Body (TLAB) to seek approval for variances (landscaped open space, parking spaces and floor space index).
