Located within Downtown Toronto, adjacent to University of Toronto and China Town, the Scott Mission provides men’s shelter, worship space, kitchen, dinning hall, and food/clothing bank that serves the public since 1960. Design Plan Services Inc. teamed up with NORR and Kasian to work on this redevelopment project to improve and expand the existing community and social services of the Scott Mission as well as providing 109 new deeply affordable housing units to support people with different needs.
